Payment Policy:
We are currently selling through Etsy. We may open new storefronts in the near future. We accept all Etsy Approved Credit Cards and PayPal. Upon payment, we will process your order. You will receive an Etsy message / email with updates on fashioning your jewelry, processing, and shipping.
For Kansas and Missouri purchases, sales tax is included in the sale price of your purchased items. VAT, Excise, Customs, Country; other State, County or City tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Policy:
Processing and shipping your order generally takes about 3 - 7 days and may include re-sizing, final cleaning / polishing, placing in jewelry box / case, packaging, and mailing. We will help you understand where we are in the process and when to expect delivery. Multiple shipping options are provided. Our shipments are tracked. Most domestic deliveries can be expected within 5 days. International deliveries may take longer depending on destination.
Custom Duties, VAT, Luxury taxes, etc are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are an international buyer, you can expect that you will have additional fees in order to pick up your package. We will do our best to send your order the safest and most expeditious way possible; but we do not have control of Customs and Tax levy process. Delays are possible, with some packages delivered in over a month.
Refund Policy:
MARILEI® jewelry is guaranteed. If an item is damaged in transit, has a design flaw, doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind; we will refund your order in full after you send your order back to us. We do ask that you pay postage on the return. Damage to jewelry items, as a result of wear and tear, are excluded from the warranty. Returns after 90 days are generally not permissible, but we do make exceptions based on unusual circumstances. More than anything we want you to be proud to wear MARILEI® jewelry.
